Clinician Services (Universities, Districts)

All students are treated with equity, openness and humor while discussing musical aspects as well as the spiritual nature of sharing art between composer, player and audience. Many students/ parents/ directors have reached out in writing after clinics to share that the experience affected them in an inspiring way. A conscientious effort is made to talk to, and connect- the audience to the humans on stage and unify the entire room during every performance.

Zoom Rehearsals Jazz or Symphonic; *Rates & Policy

FREE (45 MIN): Any zooms requested for an *ALL-STATE BAND GUEST SPOT or *MAJOR CONFERENCE /MEA FEATURE CONCERT PREP

FOR ALL OTHER ZOOMS (Secondary Schools, Collegiate, Community Groups or Otherwise):

*Option 1: $150. (50 min total: this includes time needed for all tech checks)

Zoom rehearsals must have ALL of the following elements to qualify for the $150. rate:

(1) Paid in advance of the rehearsal (Venmo or PayPal preferred, although school check is fine if arriving before service)

(2) Payment process requires minimal forms to be filled out by the clinician (*needing a quick W-9 /ACH form is okay)

*Option 2: $200. (50 min total; this includes time needed for all tech checks).

Zoom rehearsals that require any type of

(1) *Delayed payment (ie, received after the service is delivered)

(2) *Vendor registration systems required

(* adds to total time in registering/following up)

2) Venmo: @MicheleFernandezMusic

3) School check can be mailed to our physical address (please email us for that US Mail address)

CONTRACT STIPULATIONS (for Both Option #1 and Option #2):

*Tues - Thurs are definitely preferred if possible. Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon will only be considered if no other options are available.

*No times will be scheduled prior to 9am ET.

*Cancelations prior to 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur the full charge, due to that slot not being with another school.

*Delays due to technical issues on the client side will incur the full charge. Please check all settings prior to the rehearsal, do a test run if needed, and insure that the minimal noise cancellation option is selected in advanced audio settings, or else any percussion hits will cut out all sound. Do not select "for musicians" mode; this setting does not prevent unwanted cancellation of all sound.

*Rehearsal cannot be recorded.

**All of the above is considered as accepted by any client requesting to schedule an appointment.
